Ambassadors

The Multicultural Queensland Ambassador Program is a key part of achieving the Queensland Government’s vision for a harmonious, united and inclusive Queensland.

This program recognises that Queensland’s leading corporations, institutions and organisations have the power, reach and influence to bring the Multicultural Queensland Charter to life in ways that can make a real difference in the lives of Queenslanders.

Ambassador organisations have been actively embedding the Charter principles in their workforce and business practices, through providing employment and training opportunities for refugees and migrants, hosting and supporting cultural events Harmony Day, Refugee Week and Multicultural Month, and through networking and partnering with each other to share learnings and advance their diversity and inclusion initiatives.
